Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to the Pearl of the Indian Ocean – Airport to Kandy

As your plane descends into the emerald landscapes of Sri Lanka, our warm representative greets you at Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport. Let your adventure begin as we whisk you away towards the tranquil hill capital of Kandy.

En route, you’ll stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where gentle giants roam freely. Watch them bathe in the river and marvel at the conservation efforts. Continue to a complimentary visit to a lush Spice Garden, where fragrant cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves fill the air.

Arrive in Kandy and relax at your hotel, surrounded by misty hills and serene lake views.

Day 2: Cultural Splendor – Discover the Heart of Kandy

After breakfast, step into the sacred heart of Sri Lanka. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, where a revered relic of the Buddha lies enshrined, drawing pilgrims from across the world.

Stroll through the Royal Botanical Gardens, a lush paradise of orchids, spices, and towering palms. Witness the craftsmanship at the Silk and Batik Factory, visit the Gem Museum, and gaze out from the Kandy Viewpoint and Bahirawakanda Viharaya with its towering Buddha statue.

End your day with a mesmerizing Cultural Dance Show, filled with rhythmic drumming, vibrant costumes, and fire dances.

Day 3: Through Tea Country – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Enjoy breakfast before heading to the cool, colonial town of Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England.” On your way, stop at the magnificent Ramboda Falls and the sacred Hanuman Temple nestled in the hills.

Experience Sri Lanka’s tea heritage at a working Tea Factory, where you’ll learn how the world’s finest Ceylon tea is crafted.

In Nuwara Eliya, admire the tranquil Gregory Lake, the lush Hakgala Botanical Gardens, and the sacred Seetha Amman Temple—a site from the Ramayana. Don’t forget to snap a picture at the charming Pink Post Office and relax in the floral serenity of Victoria Park.

Day 4: Scenic Charms – Nuwara Eliya to Ella to Yala

Depart for the quaint village of Ella, where rolling tea hills and dramatic landscapes await. Stop by the enchanting Ravana Falls, explore the mystical Ravana Cave, and stand atop the Ella Gap View Point for awe-inspiring vistas.

Marvel at the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, a feat of colonial engineering surrounded by emerald jungles.

In the afternoon, journey to Yala, gateway to the wild.

Day 5: Into the Wild & By the Sea – Yala to Mirissa

After breakfast, begin your scenic journey to the sun-kissed shores of Mirissa, a coastal gem famed for its laid-back vibe and spectacular marine life.

Take in the beauty of Coconut Tree Hill and discover the hidden charm of Secret Beach. If in season (May–November), set sail on a whale-watching tour, where blue whales and dolphins dance across the waves.

Day 6: Colonial Echoes & Coastal Delights – Mirissa to Bentota via Galle

Travel north along the coast, stopping in Galle, a historic town embraced by thick Dutch-built ramparts. Walk along cobblestone streets inside the Galle Fort, visit the Galle Lighthouse, and glance at the famous Cricket Stadium by the sea.

Arrive in Bentota, the ultimate beachside escape. Here, golden sands and tropical adventures await. Visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery to meet baby turtles, then cruise through mangroves on a Madu River Boat Safari. For thrill-seekers, enjoy water sports from jet skiing to kite surfing.

Day 7: Urban Pulse – Bentota to Colombo

Head to the bustling capital Colombo, a vibrant fusion of old and new. Tour begins in the historic Fort district before diving into the colorful chaos of Pettah Bazaar.

Admire the art and history in the National Museum, then pass by colonial churches, mosques, and the majestic Gangaramaya Temple. See the grand Independence Square, Town Hall, and the impressive BMICH. End with a panoramic view of the Lotus Tower, Sri Lanka’s tallest structure.

Day 8: Farewell Sri Lanka – Colombo to Airport

After breakfast, we bid you farewell. Transfer to the airport with unforgettable memories and a heart full of island magic.
