Itinerary

Day 1 – “Whispers of Amman: Where Past and Present Embrace”

Arrive in Jordan’s vibrant capital, Amman, where your journey begins. Your exploration unfolds at the King Abdullah Mosque, crowned with its resplendent blue dome and adorned with golden inscriptions of the Ninety-Nine Names of Allah. Wander within its serene octagonal hall where light, color, and devotion meet.

From there, ascend Amman Citadel on Jabal al-Qal’a, where civilizations have risen and fallen — from the Ammonites to the Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, and the Umayyads who crowned the hill with their palace. Continue to the Roman Theatre, a grand amphitheater that once echoed with ancient performances beneath Emperor Antonius Pius’s reign.

Stroll through the heart of Al Balad, Amman’s bustling downtown, where the call to prayer mingles with the aroma of spices and street-side chatter. Pause at the beloved Habibah Sweets, where a golden slice of knafeh awaits as a sweet welcome to Jordan.

Day 2 – “Echoes of Empires: Jerash, Ajloun & Umm Qais”

Journey north from Amman to the ruins of Jerash, the “Pompeii of the East.” Wander along its colonnaded avenues, through the Oval Plaza, beneath Hadrian’s Arch, and into temples and theatres where Roman grandeur still lingers in the air.

Climb into the hills to Ajloun Castle, the 12th-century fortress of Saladin’s forces. Step inside towers and shadowed chambers built to guard against Crusaders, then gaze out from its ramparts over the lush Jordan Valley stretching towards the Dead Sea.

At last, stand in awe at Umm Qais, ancient Gadara of the Decapolis. From its basalt ruins, behold a panorama where Jordan, Syria, Israel, and Palestine converge — a crossroads of cultures and breathtaking landscapes.

Day 3 – “Sacred Horizons: From Madaba to the Dead Sea”

Trace the footsteps of prophets and pilgrims as you head south. In Madaba, marvel at the famed 6th-century mosaic map, a dazzling mosaic of early Christian geography.

Ascend to Mount Nebo, where Moses is said to have gazed upon the Promised Land. From this sacred peak, let your eyes wander across the Jordan Valley and Dead Sea.

Descend below sea level to the Baptism Site of Jesus at Bethany Beyond the Jordan, where faith and history intertwine on the banks of the River Jordan. Finally, surrender to the healing embrace of the Dead Sea, where floating upon its buoyant, mineral-rich waters feels like drifting into eternity.

Day 4 – “The Road to Rose-Red Petra”

Board a bus bound for Petra, the legendary “Rose-Red City half as old as time.” Travel across rugged desert landscapes as anticipation builds for the Nabatean marvel awaiting you tomorrow.

Day 5 – “Petra: The Rose-Red Wonder”

Step through the narrow, winding Siq, where cliffs rise like guardians until suddenly — the iconic Treasury reveals itself in a blaze of rose-pink stone.

Continue deeper into this lost Nabatean capital: the Obelisk Tomb, the grand Theatre, the ancient Royal Tombs, and sacred high places where offerings once rose to the heavens. Follow in the footsteps of caravan traders and kings, and lose yourself among Petra’s timeless wonders. After a guided tour and time at leisure, pause for lunch before returning, carrying Petra’s eternal glow in your heart.

Day 6 – “Wadi Rum: A Night Beneath the Stars”

Awake to the call of the desert and travel south to the vast wilderness of Wadi Rum, “The Valley of the Moon.” Ride by jeep across crimson sands and towering sandstone cliffs, tracing the paths of Bedouins and explorers alike.

Sip sweet Bedouin tea, watch the sun sink in fiery hues across the horizon, and settle into an evening by the campfire, where the Milky Way unfurls above like a celestial tapestry. Dine on authentic local cuisine before drifting to sleep in the silence of the desert, with only the whisper of the wind as your lullaby.

Day 7 – “From Desert Dreams Back to Amman”

Bid farewell to Wadi Rum and return to Amman by bus. The day is yours to rest, reflect, or wander Amman’s streets one last time — a gentle pause before your departure.

Day 8 – “Farewell, Jordan: Until We Meet Again”

With memories of ancient cities, sacred landscapes, rose-red wonders, and desert nights, depart from Amman. Carry with you the spirit of Jordan — a land where history, faith, and nature unite in timeless harmony.
