Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo | teamLab Planets Digital Art Museum

Welcome to Japan!

Arrive in Tokyo and transfer to your hotel.
Early check-in can be requested (subject to availability).

In the evening (between 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM), step into a world of light, color, and imagination at teamLab Planets TOKYO — one of Japan’s most famous digital art experiences.

Walk barefoot through immersive installations where art surrounds you, reacts to you, and changes with your presence. Water, mirrors, lights, and sound come together to create a truly unforgettable, multi-sensory journey.

After your visit, enjoy a free evening to explore nearby neighborhoods or relax after your flight.

Good to Know

• Wear shorts or pants you can roll up (some rooms include shallow water).

• Lockers are provided.

• Photos are encouraged — it’s an Instagram favorite!

Day 2: Mt. Fuji & Lake Kawaguchi Small Group Tour (6 Scenic Stops)

08:00 AM – Depart from Tokyo
Travel in a comfortable small group (max 9 guests) toward Japan’s most iconic landmark — Mount Fuji.

Highlights of the Day

• Lake Yamanaka (Hirano Beach) – Calm lakeside views and swans with Mt. Fuji’s wide silhouette.

• Hikawa Clock Shop Street – A trendy photo spot where a straight road frames Mt. Fuji perfectly.

• Chureito Pagoda (Arakurayama Sengen Park) – The classic postcard view of red pagoda + Mt. Fuji.

• Oshino Hakkai Village – Traditional houses, crystal-clear ponds, and local snacks (lunch at your choice).

• Lawson Kawaguchiko – A famous “everyday Japan meets Mt. Fuji” photo stop.

• Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchi – Seasonal flowers beautifully framing the mountain.

Return to Tokyo around 6:00 PM

• Mt. Fuji visibility depends on weather — each stop offers its own charm even on cloudy days.

• Wear comfortable walking shoes.

• Bring cash for lunch and local snacks.

Day 3: Tokyo → Osaka (Bullet Train Experience)

After breakfast, transfer to Shinagawa Station and board the famous Shinkansen (bullet train) to Shin-Osaka.

Arrive in Osaka, check into your hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4: Osaka Castle History Tour & Dotonbori River Cruise

Morning: Osaka Castle Walking Tour

Discover the brilliance behind Japan’s most powerful fortress. Walk through moats, gates, zigzag paths, and stone walls designed to trap invaders.

Learn how Toyotomi Hideyoshi built an “invincible” castle — and how it ultimately fell. Visit the castle tower, arrow slits, gun ports, and gold-adorned interiors used for psychological warfare.

Optional Visit: Hokoku Shrine (dedicated to Toyotomi Hideyoshi)

Evening: Dotonbori River Cruise

Relax on a 20-minute cruise through Osaka’s neon-lit heart.
Glide past the iconic Glico Running Man, bridges, and lively streets — Osaka looks magical from the water.

Day 5: Kobe Day Trip | Arima Onsen & Mt. Rokko Night View

Start your scenic journey to Kobe, a stylish port city between mountains and sea.

• Kitano Ijinkan District – European-style mansions from Kobe’s international past.

• Arima Onsen – One of Japan’s oldest hot spring towns. Choose between golden Kinsen or silver Ginsen baths. (Onsen fee self-paid)

• Mt. Rokko Night View – Enjoy one of Japan’s top three night views, often called the “Million-Dollar View.” (Cable car fee self-paid)

Return to Osaka in the evening.

Day 6: Nara & Uji Day Trip | Deer, Temples & Hot Spring

Nara

• Feed friendly sacred deer at Nara Park (deer crackers included).

• Visit Todai-ji Temple, home to the Great Buddha.

• Walk through lantern-lined Kasuga Taisha Shrine.

Uji

• Matcha heaven: ice cream, desserts, soba noodles.

• Visit Byodo-in Temple (UNESCO site) or Tale of Genji Museum.

• Relax at Genji no Yu Hot Spring, Uji’s only natural onsen.

• Deer may bow — but can get excited when they see crackers!

• Tattoos may need to be covered at onsen.

• If traveling with family and the main family member bearing expenses, then require sponsor letter is required for Each Applicant
• If the name of the spouse is not mentioned in the passport, then a Marriage certificate with a Notary & attested by the MEA Delhi
• If visiting relatives along with their Invitation Letter, passport/ PR copy, Bank statement, Job offer Letter, Accommodation Proof,

For Student:

• School/College ID or Bonafide Certificate.
• In case Children travel alone or with one Parent, then a NOC letter from the other Parent or both parents is required. (On Rs. 100/- Stamp paper with Notary & attested from MEA Delhi)
• If Outstation passports pls submit their Residence any 2 Proof - Letter from Company with Seal, Telephone bill, Electricity Bill, Lease or Rent Agreement, Society Letter with Seal
