Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Cairo

Arrive in Cairo, Egypt’s bustling capital filled with history and life. Meet your representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
The evening is free to relax or explore the vibrant local cafés, markets, or Nile Corniche on your own.

Optional: Add a Nile dinner cruise with live entertainment for a magical first evening in Egypt.

Day 2: The Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Saqqara & Memphis

Begin your Egyptian adventure with a journey through 5,000 years of history.

  • Visit Saqqara, home of the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the world’s first monumental stone structure.

  • Explore Memphis, Egypt’s first capital, and marvel at the Colossal Statue of Ramesses II.

  • Enjoy lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant.

  • Discover the Great Pyramids of Giza — Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus — and gaze upon the majestic Sphinx guarding the desert sands.
    End the day with free time for local shopping before returning to your hotel.

Optional: Add a Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids for a spectacular evening experience.

Day 3: Full-Day Trip to Alexandria

Take a scenic drive to Alexandria, the “Pearl of the Mediterranean.”

  • Visit the Roman Amphitheater of Kom El-Deka and the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, one of the Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages.

  • See Pompey’s Pillar and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at a local restaurant.

  • Stop for photos at the Library of Alexandria and the Citadel of Qaitbay, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria.
    Return to Cairo in the evening.

Day 4: The Grand Egyptian Museum & Private Felucca Dinner Cruise

Step inside the Grand Egyptian Museum, a treasure trove of ancient artifacts — including the complete Tutankhamun collection. Your expert guide will bring history to life.
Later, set sail on a private felucca on the Nile River. Enjoy a romantic dinner and drinks, music, and panoramic views of Cairo by night.

Day 5: Cairo to Luxor

Travel from Cairo to Luxor, often called the world’s greatest open-air museum.
Check into your hotel and spend the evening relaxing or strolling along the Nile promenade.

Day 6: Luxor: West & East Banks & Tut’s Tomb (Full-Day Tour)

Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel and cross the Nile to explore Luxor’s West Bank. Enter the Valley of the Kings, where Egypt’s pharaohs rest, and step inside King Tutankhamun’s Tomb along with two other beautifully painted tombs.

Continue to the elegant Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a masterpiece carved into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari. Stop by the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues guarding the ancient necropolis.

After lunch at a local restaurant, discover the grandeur of the East Bank. Visit Karnak Temple, the world’s largest religious complex, with its forest of columns and sacred lake. End your day at Luxor Temple, glowing beautifully at sunset.
